These Terms and Conditions of Use ("Terms") outline the terms governing your ("User") use of the Lipi Learn Punjabi website at www.theLipilearn-Punjabi.com.au (the "Site") and the associated mobile application – "Lipilearn-Punjabi" ("Lipilearn-Punjabi" or the "App") and services ("Services") offered by Srans Empire Pty Ltd. To access Lipilearn-Punjabi App services, users must register an account, using either an email or Facebook login. Subscription requires providing credit cardholder information ("Registration Data"). Phone numbers are also required, and a verification code will be sent via SMS. Users must verify phone numbers whenever details change. Failure to verify may result in restricted access.
Users must maintain accurate Registration Data. Providing false information may lead to account suspension or termination. Users are responsible for any third-party use of their account.
4. Purchases
To use the app, users may need to provide information for purchases, including bank account/PayPal ID and credit card details. Users warrant the legal right to use provided payment methods.
By submitting this information, users grant the right to share it with third parties for purchase facilitation. Orders may be refused or canceled if fraud is suspected.
5. Changes

18. Monthly Subscription
By purchasing a Monthly Subscription, you agree to an initial and recurring Monthly Subscription fee at the then-current Monthly Subscription rate, and you accept responsibility for all recurring charges until you cancel your subscription. You may cancel your Monthly Subscription at any time, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
AUTOMATIC MONTHLY RENEWAL TERMS:
Once you subscribe Virasat will automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee in the next billing cycle. Virasat will continue to automatically process your Monthly Subscription fee each month at the then- current Monthly Subscription rate, until you cancel your subscription. We explain how to cancel your Monthly Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy".
Annual Subscription:
By purchasing an Annual Subscription, you agree to an initial pre-payment for one full year of service. After one year and annually thereafter, you will be billed a recurring Annual Subscription renewal fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We will notify you before the renewal fee is billed. You may cancel your Annual Subscription anytime before the next billing cycle, subject to the terms of our cancellation policy.
AUTOMATIC ANNUAL RENEWAL TERMS: We bill your credit card for the Annual Subscription renewal fee in the first month of your next Annual Subscription.
For example, let's say you purchased an Annual Subscription beginning in May 2020 and ending in April 2021. We will bill you for the second year (May 2021 to April 2022) in May 2021, unless you cancel your Annual Subscription before May 2021. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges prior to cancellation. Once you subscribe, Virasat will automatically process your Annual Subscription fee at the then-current Annual Subscription rate. We explain how to cancel your Annual Subscription below at the Section "Cancellation Policy". Auto-renewal subscriptions cannot be canceled mid-term.
Cancellation Policy.
You can cancel a monthly subscription anytime. Please cancel using our online service by 7:00 PM AEST (Australian Eastern Standard Time) the day before your billing date if you do not wish to subscribe that month. If you wish to email, please contact us at least two business days prior to your subscription's auto-renewal date.
If you cancel your Monthly Subscription, the cancellation will take effect for your next monthly billing cycle. You will not be eligible for a refund for monthly subscription fees paid prior to the month the cancellation takes effect. Annual Subscription fees are non-refundable. You may cancel your Annual Subscription renewal at any time after you are billed for the then-current year and before you are billed for the next year.
